Samantha Crilly’s first collection of poems – Hope through Poetry – was inspired by her personal experience of mental illness and recovery, and by what she had learned from friends and family. Five years after it was first enthusiastically received, she returns with a new collection that draws on her ongoing recovery together with her work as an actor and script writer raising awareness of mental health struggles.
