I have no words to describe the quality of the information found in this book. I gave up preparing for the OET exam after a period in which I encountered many teachers who demanded enormous sums for preparation in this sense. This book is very useful for those who want to study at their own pace. It starts with an introduction that includes a detailed description of what this exam means, then continues with 6 tests similar to those given in the exam. On the first page of the book there is an activation code for accessing the audio materials and the results explained on the cambridgeone.org website. I have also attached pictures with the solutions explained in detail, which are of immense help, because they help us understand where we are wrong and why exactly that option is the correct one. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this study material, for me it is a real help, I study every explanation intensively every day and simulate the entire test against time. As for the quality-price ratio, this is an exceptional one.

A lovely book for a medical student or anyone studying some sort of sciences, very useful, comes with the answers, can learn so much from it. Cheap and cheerful, cannot really go wrong with it.

A high quality learning companion that understands the unique challenges and required clear language for medical practitioners – especially if English is not their first language. An excellent approach, there are realistic exercises and situations that healthcare professionals encounter on a weekly basis. This is obviously an area where effective communication is an absolute requirement, but also for patient care.
The whole package requires you to scan qr codes which will play the corresponding audio – once activated, you have 18 months of access to the eBook and all the audio.
As expected, Cambridge University Press delivers – clear strategies for all sections of the OET exam are given, alongside breakdowns of difficult medical terms and the way to pronounce them. Graphically it is easy on the eye, and well-structured, offering many notes and examples of composing referral letters etc,..
With plenty of practise materials, this is a comprehensive overview, and no doubt a great guide and aid for passing .

This book is extremely informative and it’s so easy to get onto the audios, you just scan a QR code and it comes up on your phone so you do not have to worry about downloading anything taking up storage or finding somewhere to put a disc into, so you can even do this without a laptop if you didn’t have one. The quality of the book itself feels really good too, does not feel cheap or flimsy. I like that it has a lot of real life scenarios on it, makes it more fun to learn from. This book would be really good for someone wanting to be a nurse or doctor or anyone really who wants to work in the medicine field and is studying at university. It breaks it all down quite simply so it’s quite easy to understand and quite similar to the test you take at the end of your studying so very good to revise from when you’re getting close to your actual tests. Has 219 pages and a few of the pages at the end are spaces for you to write notes in so you can look back at these. It asks you test questions aswell as providing you with alot of useful information. It mentions quite alot of subjects from these courses. It is made by Cambridge university whom are highly trusted and good at what they do. It also came exactly when it was supposed to so no delays. Overall, I would highly recommend this book and personally, I think it’s well worth the price if it’s going to help you graduate!
