So I ordered my book and it was said to have been delivered by a very well known postal service and the delivered it somewhere else and their customer service is terrible.
Fortunately RRC and their customer service is brilliant.
I sent a message to RRC and Andrew received it.
He reassured me that they had sent the book to the correct address but not to worry and he sent me a replacement with 24 hour delivery.
My book made it this time to my relief in perfect condition.
Thanks the Andrew and RRC.
They have no idea how important this is to me.

Sold a 2nd hand book when I payed for new, pages had been written on, scribbles, defaced. I did receive a partial refund but I felt I was owed a full one as I was miss lead completely.
