Does not change colour so not heat changing as stated in the description and costs money to return very disappointed as it was a birthday gift.

I bought this as a gift but it turned up damaged. Have emailed customer services twice about it and had no response. As it was bought as a Christmas gift I need to get it sorted ASAP. Mug looks great apart from damage. Score would be higher if it wasn’t for the poor after service.
