I am already a fan of Garry Floyd, I have lots of his art work and his already published books. When I saw this book on his page I ordered straight away. It also coincided with me wishing to start a daily gratitude practice!
I am very impressed with how the book is laid out – you have 3 pages for each day to really reflect (with focused headings) and there are weekly planners and inspirational quotes throughout. I like the simplicity of the design and can see myself committing to a meaningful monthly practice with this beautiful journal.

If you are a fan of the beautiful work that Garry does, then you will love this journal. It gives you plenty of space to write things you are grateful for, things that you are proud of achieving each day, positive affirmations, weekly planners and of course the wonderful quotes that he writes. Add to that the beautiful pictures of our friend the bee with his little quotes too on his little banners. The bee is on the front cover with his friend the hedgehog. I think this journal will be very popular for everyone. The covid situation wasn’t a good time, but it was when we all found Garry’s amazing work.

I love Garry’s work + follow him daily on Facebook for his positivity messages. I bought this journal as a gift for a friend + as soon as It arrived today I ordered another copy to be posted directly to another friend who is having a difficult time and I hope this will help her. I really believe it will.
