This was a most disappointing book. Because I have kept, worked with and trained horses all my life, I always look out for more to increase my knowledge. This book left me thinking, “so what “? Most of the photographs were of poor quality and so the subtle changes in the horse were not defined. The research was done with horses who were only in pasture part of the day and so no comparison with horses living in herds or pairs 24/7, this completely minimised the research. The book was a present at Christmas to myself, what a shame !!
