This is study material for catering profesions and the qualsafe ward. A must in everyones kitchen. I see people have been breaking the food safety rules for a long time at fast food places. They should be wearing bright blue plasters as the metal in them are detected by machines if fallen off and they should not wear overalls outside.

I got this book for my personal curiosity and the level of detail is spot on. The language is clear enough to understand but it covers all the topics you could expect at entry level too.

Loved the layout of information and the tests at the end of the book. Good reference source to keep. Former food hygiene trainer myself and quite impressed with this book. Laid out to be interesting without providing too much information to overload any reader
