Bought this and another journal and my niece (14) absolutely loves it. A great opportunity for her to rationalise her thoughts onto paper.

Someone close to me struggles severely with MHWB and we’ve tried books before but the majority of the focus more on the negatives and honestly I don’t find them useful.

This one however, offers great balance and forces the writer to think about the positives things. Sometimes just the simple things that they forget.

I love this mood tracker and I’d recommend anyone who’s looking into journaling their feelings to purchase it ????
