It is full of sound advice and takes you through each aspect by a considered and personal reflection. It dodges all the technical medical jargon which you get from the medical team. However I not sure that taking extra salt is a good thing and can be unsafe. That said I find Andrews book very helpful. The book rings lots of bell s with my own illness. Thank you Andrew.

The fact that this book is obviously written by someone actually suffering from Addison’s Disease makes it both interesting and helpful.
It has given me a real insight into what it’s like to have Addison’s and there are also helpful suggestions on how to overcome some of the problems this disease causes.
