I am so pleased to pick up a copy of the ‘National Trust Buildings’ by the great James Lees-Milnes.
The man of historic English buildings. I met Mr Lees-Milne when I was Custodian of & Living in G B Shaw’s
home & he told me about his time when the great Bernard Shaw walked him around his home as he was
leaving it to the National Trust & James Lee-Milne was there to see if it was the type of treasure the
Trust would want to look after & of course, it is. I met the man & now have a copy of his book with an
excellent write up of his visit & guided tour with George Bernard Shaw at ‘Shaw’s Corner’. This book
arrived in perfect comdition.
Will buy again from this seller.
