A great journal to help track of overall mental health and wellbeing & promote positivity. A useful companion for anyone coping with various mental health conditions; such as; Depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar – or any condition which would benefit from keeping track of your feelings, emotions and activities.
Each journal consists of two pages each day to work with and is measured at 8″ x 10″ inches, which is a good size and has plenty of space. This is an undated journal and so, doesn’t have to be written in every day. It can be used freely, or daily as required.
Each day there is space to:

- Log your anxiety and energy levels for the morning, afternoon and evening.
- Log hours slept the previous night.
- Set goals or write a to-do list.
- Space to track exercise, meals and snacks.
- A section to express how you’re feeling today.
- A prompt asking how you could improve tomorrow & what the best part of your day today was.
- A space to think about three things you’re grateful for today.
- Finally, there is a space to write one positive affirmation or thought for the day.
- There is also a separate plain lined page every day, for any additional notes you may have.
This journal can simply be used for personal use, as a self care journal for keeping track of your general mental and physical wellbeing. It could also be used in conjunction with a therapy, as you may be asked to keep a journal alongside therapy sessions.

This is a very useful journal with lots of spaces for daily thoughts, targets, etc. Bigger than anticipated and with lots of space for writing additional notes. A very good buy.

Good for tracking diet, day to day life and moods and looking for ways to make improvements etc. I like that you can add your own days and dates so if you skip days filling in, you don’t have to back track as you would a diary.
