Be great if had more information about the fish , but good value for money

This is a competent identification aid to fishing in UK waters. Whilst in no way is it the definitive guide to all UK fish, it covers the vast majority of common ones. The book itself is soft cover and the illustratons are adequate size and colour for most purposes.

Nice book. Bought for a young lad who loves sea fishing; it enables him to identify all he catches.

I do sea fishing as a hobby when ever I can and this book was just perfect in identifying fish it also gives a rough guide on size with clear illustrations and pictures what’s more is the size of the book fits in a large pocket and nicely in my tackle box it’s a must for any sea angler with little experience as it shows the barb or spikes on a particular fish and where to hold them.
