Heard about this book on the casual preppers podcast so went ahead and got it to help with my medical knowledge. The book is easy to find exactly what you are looking for and is easy to read and understand even for someone like me.

Having read a couple of random topics in it, it looks very comprehensive, easy to understand and I believe it would be easy to follow in case of emergency. Having said that, fingers crossed we’ll never need it.
