I love this credit card as it not only rewards you for shopping online at Amazon but also in shops, retailers etc etc elsewhere.
It rewards you with points that accumulate for every purchase in varying percentages of the total spent and this can then be converted into Amazon gift vouchers.
Considering I use Amazon a lot for online shopping due to the fact that their customer services are always really good at sorting any issues and yes they might not be the cheapest to buy from but you do get swift action from chat representatives especially if the product purchased is sold and delivered solely by Amazon and there is a huge range of products to choose from with free delivery often on purchases over the threshold of £35.
Some sellers offer free delivery regardless and of course being a prime member will get you unlimited free next day delivery in most cases.
The Barclaycard app is easy to use to check balances and see your accumulated points and it’s easy to convert the points into Amazon gift vouchers.
I also love the design of the credit card itself in its sleek black format with the Amazon logo on the front.
Applying was easy and straightforward and I got a nice credit limit too. Everything was smooth and the appropriate security protocols were adhered to with the pin code arriving a few days before the card itself.
I’d highly recommend this credit card for anyone who uses credit cards a lot as before you know it you’ll have plenty of points to convert to gift vouchers which is done in whole increments such as £5, £10, £15 etc etc
(if you had 531 points for example you use 500 of those for a fiver and the other 31 are saved for future accumulations)
Shopping on Amazon gets you a better percentage of points as you’d expect with other purchases in stores etc getting you slightly less but of course these percentages can be changed at any point.
Overall it’s a great credit card, one of the better one’s I’ve used over time and the point accumulations are pretty generous in all honesty.

Very easy to set up and use.
The app is clear and simple, making payments easy to carry out.
The big bonus is the amazon voucher rewards. The more you use,the more you benefit.

Easy to use card, app and a good rewards scheme.

One star lost for lack of Apple Pay support.

A card that gives you cash back of all Amazon purchases. An app showing your balance and your points balance. It’s easy to make a payment within the app. As long as you clear your balance every month, it’s a great card to have.

I’m happy with my Amazon Barclaycard.

The application was easy enough to do and I had confirmation within a couple of days. Setting things up through the App was okay, but although it gave the appearance of being instantaneaous, it wasn’t. Trying to set up the Direct Debit for example was easy after a couple of days, but trying on the day of setting up the account resulted in failures/error messages.

I’d recommend some patience after the initial set up before trying to interact fully with the account, certainly by time the card came through all was working fine. In fact I’d already spent the £40 Amazon Voucher and was collecting Amazon points. The rate they accumulate isn’t exactly quick, but it’s better than nothing and if you are clearing your Card’s balance each month then the Voucher and points are free money. If you pay only the minimum payment the benefit will be quickly eroded.

So far the App seems stable and the Direct Debit is working, so happy.

It’s OK. After you have spent the gift card that you get for opening an account it’s just another credit card. Nothing wrong with it. It’s just not that exciting.
I had to get help with the app. The card was not displaying until you click on the card title. That wasn’t explained. Also sometimes the pay icon doesn’t work for reasons no one can explain, so I had to pay over the phone the first time.
What I do like though, which is didn’t think I would is that it becomes your default card on Amazon automatically. This I have decided is quite a nice idea as ALL your Amazon purchases are in one place and easy therefore to reconcile/check. I don’t use it for any other purchases – just Amazon. Neat!
