A short story with a shocking twist…
As my wife’s body lies on the floor of our home, I know it’s not going to be easy getting her from the house to the woods where I can bury her without anybody seeing me.
It’s going to be hard to get away with this. But I could never have imagined just how hard it would be.
One body is bad enough. But what happens if there’s two?
A shocking standalone short story from Daniel Hurst, the bestselling psychological thriller author of the UK #1 The Doctor’s Wife, My Neighbour’s Affair and The Couple’s Revenge

Short, darkly shocking and I thought very good
Very typically Daniel Hurst, so quick, intense and all about folk getting caught in situations they didn’t expect and unsure what to do next

This story swept me along, and I was truly taken in, but it was the ending when the final twist gave me goosebumps.
Great read, and now I’m off to start on book three.

A very cleverly written story that I would advise other readers to read in a single sitting. Why domino, one thing leads to another in a series of tragic events. Recommended reading.

This is the second book of short stories. I liked the first one, but not so much this one. However, I will read the next in the series.
