It is straightforward and to the point, no daily affirmations, not little flowers or unicorns on the side, just a notebook where you enter your data. At the gym I just log my cardio workouts and weight training. I do not use a specific section for stretching or flexibility, nor log my food intake on this journal. I always stretch the muscle group I am working on that day, so I don’t need to keep track of that. It’s part of the routine.

    On each entry you will record:
